      Summary:

      The Associate Director for Counseling & Training is a mental health clinician who is responsible for managing the Counseling Program at the University’s Health & Counseling Center.       Custodians are responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of a variety of University facilities, including academic spaces, administrative offices, athletic facilities, and student living and dining areas. Daily tasks will be performed based on the needs of the campus, assigned work orders, or designated projects. Custodians may be assigned to a specific building/route and assignments may be changed at the discretion of the University depending on the needs of the University. Some events related work, including set up for events, may be assigned as well.

      Although the University will try its best to provide reasonable notice about necessary overtime or changes in work hours, custodians may be requested to work overtime with little to no notice based on unexpected or last-minute type situations.       Summary:

      This position provides a caring and supportive presence by living in the summer residence hall to assist our University of Portland students living on campus during the summer. This position will serve as an on-call resource for students, crisis manager, refer students to services on campus, coordinate social programming, respond to basic maintenance concerns, and enforce community standards. As well, this position will coordinate summer student staff scheduling for move-ins and move outs, desk operations (when needed) and evening duty coverage, as well as facilitate weekly staff meetings and development exercises.
